- Our experienced rider adventures include, 2 hour trial riding by the beach and swimming with horses. It’s a rush of excitement.

Welcome to The Fort Club. You must read the following conditions carefully and voluntarily agree to them before using any of our services.
Company: The Fort Club Outdoor Activities W.L.L
Customer: Anyone who is paying to participate in the services provided by the company.
A: Liability Waiver Responsibility
- I acknowledge that I am one of the following; member, visitor or customer for the stable and its outdoor activities; horse riding, dealing with horses, training, watching, visiting, stabling my own horse and being in close proximity of the horses and the premises voluntarily and under my entire personal responsibility.
- I understand and accept that the sport of horse riding or visiting stables or participating in any of the services provided involves risks that may lead to physical, psychological injuries or material damage, and in most unlikely event even death. I bear the responsibility of any injury or harm or death that may occur to me or anyone accompanying me.
- I give up any right to demand financial or legal compensation against the company, its trainers, or employees for any damage and loss that may occur during my presence or use of their services.
- I agree that the guardian bears full responsibility for minors (children under 18 years) they are accompanying.
